The Pussy Trap Page 13
His mother looked on in amazement as Aldeen smiled. “You don’t ever have to worry about another beating, mommy.” She crawled over to her son and hugged him around his legs like he was her savior. He consoled her for a minute, then he called Kayson to help him get rid of the body. Kayson was right there. The cops were on her hard. When shit cooled off, they got up the money and put his mother on a bus to stay with some family in Boston. He moved in with Kayson and his mother until they got another spot.
They were inseparable ever since. Kayson and Aldeen met Baseem when they went down to Atlantic City to gamble the summer they turned eighteen. Kayson and Aldeen were drunk as hell and trying to hold on to each other. Aldeen was cracking up because Kayson didn’t drink. He was fucked up and mad at the same time because they couldn’t remember where they parked the car. Somehow, it came to them that they didn’t drive, but came in a limo. This information sent Kayson into a laughing fit and he had to pee, so they stopped beside the Tropicana by the dumpster.
“Oh shit, hold me up,” Kayson said to Aldeen.
“Shit, I’ll put one hand on your back, but if I got to hold your dick, you going home pissy tonight.”
They started to laugh again. They heard a faint argument in the background. This woke both of them up. All they could hear was a voice saying, “Y’all niggas thought that I was a punk?”
Kayson put his dick back and zipped his pants. They peeked around the corner and saw this black ass nigga holding two guns, one in each hand and pointing at two cats who looked like they were deer caught in headlights. One responded to the question.
“Nah, my dude, we was just checking your status. We never saw you before.”
“Well, y’all need a better welcoming party because this nigga hit me with a gotdamn bottle. That shit felt more like a threat on my life.”
Just then, Kayson noticed a nigga creeping up from the corner and coming up behind the guy with the guns. Kayson reached for his gat and put one in the trigger. He usually didn’t get in other niggas’ business, but from what he could hear, if they hit this nigga with a bottle and he was able to remain standing and get to his guns then turn the tables on them, then he might have run up on a hit man for hire. Kayson was always looking for talent so he could step farther back.
When it looked like it might be over for Baseem, Kayson bust off catching the guy in the head. Baseem immediately put one in the throat of the guy on his left, and one between the eyes of the guy on his right. They both fell like a deck of cards. Baseem turned his attention to Kayson and Aldeen, realizing that they had just saved his life. He went over to them and gave them dap. “Thanks for having a nigga's back,” Baseem said, apparently very grateful.
Kayson said, “I have a proposition for you. Let’s get the fuck outta here then we can talk.” They quickly got to the limo and headed back to New York and Baseem had been paying his debt to Kayson ever since. Shit, the way he figured it, he owed him his life. And for that, he became one of Kayson’s most loyal.
Baseem is a beast, but his only weakness is pussy. Often times, when Kayson would be looking for him, he would be holed up in some pussy. Mainly, this chick named Shonda.
Shonda was his freak; she would let him do her in every hole she had, and then suck his dick so good he would pull out his wallet and hand it to her and say, “Keep the change.”
Aldeen and Wise would always tell that nigga to stay focused. They couldn’t get mad at him up until this point because he was a top earner and a true executioner. This muthafucka would kill mercilessly and without prejudice with no interview, trial, or jury. When they sent him in, even the rodents would be laid out and he would leave the spot traceless. If Kayson said “get ‘em,” they were got. And the only thing to stop him was if God himself was there to sweet talk the bullets.
Wise was one of those cool cats that never got upset unless it was absolutely necessary. Aldeen and Wise grew up next door to each other and did all their dirt together. That is, until they met Kayson. Wise, at first, was a little taken aback at how close Kayson and Aldeen had gotten and how they were able to put together a dynasty in no time. Sometimes, he felt like a third wheel until he realized that everybody had a role in an organization. The hand can only do what it’s natural function is. You can’t ask it to be a foot or an elbow, so with that wisdom, he found his natural talent, and that was to teach and train the foot soldiers and then make sure they were running shit correctly.
Kayson had to respect him because he knew he could not be successful in any business unless the workers were on his side. Wise did just that, and his number one project was KoKo. KoKo was more like a little brother than a little sister. She never complained, was always on time, had no attachments, and could take direction and execute plans like a well-oiled machine. It was for that reason that he had suggested her for Kayson’s brilliant plan to make a muthafucka leave the same way he came, by the pussy.
The Secret
Monique passed back and forth in front of her bay window trying to decide if she should place the call she had waited patiently for over fifteen years to make. She walked over to the couch, sat down, took a deep breath, reached for her cell phone, and dialed.
“Ring… Ring…Ring.”
“Hello?”
“Long time, no hear.” Monique said into the phone.
“Moooo.” The voice said back. “How have you been?”
“I’m fine and you?”
“I can’t complain. What do I owe the honor of this call?”
“It’s time to reveal our hand?” Monique answered.
“What are you talking about?”
“You’re not going to believe this…but…I seen Malik’s daughter today.”
“Get the fuck outta here. Where?”
“She is Kayson’s woman.”
There was a long silence. “Hello?” Monique broke the eerie silence.
“Yeah I’m here Mo.” He got silent again. “Does she know?”
“No. but I almost fucked that up by crying and shit. Then Kayson made me promise to wait until they finished handling something he had pending.”
“Well, when she is ready, send her my way. Until then, we just wait.” He started to smile. “Is she beautiful?”
“Yes, very. I mean, what are the odds she would end up with Kayson?” Monique said then laughed. “And the real funny part is that I think the little nigga is in love.” They both busted out laughing.
“Yeah? Not Mr. Heart of steel.”
“Yes, him.”
They both laughed again. “I don’t want her to get hurt.” Monique stated.
“Don’t worry. I will handle everything.”
“Okay. I trust you.”
“Aight Mo. If you need me, I’m here.”
“Love you.”
“Love you too.”
They disconnected the call both feeling relieved and afraid that they would finally have an opportunity to release the demons they had been holding and finally seek retribution.
Chapter 16
Too Close for Comfort
They always made it a habit never to meet in the same place twice in a row. They had all arrived at the same time and proceeded inside the building. They would hold meetings in over twenty different spots. Apartments, office buildings, restaurants, and other places they would rent just for meetings. Only one spot was a common place used for shooting pool. They never talked business there nor were they there at the same time as Kayson. Because he was the boss, his motto was: To maintain respect of the men, show up when necessary. That way, a nigga couldn’t get it confused because to do so would prove fatal.
“So, my nigga, what happened with you and that red-head bitch?” Aldeen asked Baseem as they exited the elevator and headed to the back office.
“Man, she was crazy as hell. I couldn’t mess with her. I was getting ready to hit that shit and she told me that when she came, she wanted me to cut her.”
“What?”
“Hell yeah, not cut to kill
, but she wanted me to make small incisions on her arms with a razor blade. Sheeitt. My dick retired at that moment.”
They cracked up laughing.
“What did you tell her to get out of there?” Wise asked.
“I told her I had somewhere to go. And it wasn’t a lie; I did have somewhere to go. The fuck away from her crazy ass.”
“Oh shit,” Aldeen said as he continued to crack up.
“I told you about those white girls; they be looking like sisters, talking like sisters, and even acting like sisters, but they be some freaks,” Wise made a point to say.
“Well, y’all know I’m an equal opportunity employer, but this bitch had the wrong resume,” Baseem said as he unlocked the door and they all proceeded inside.
Each one made themselves a drink, sat down, and continued to talk. They were sitting in the big room having a deep conversation. Kayson walked in and silence fell across the room. They could all tell he was all about business. He sat back in his chair and stared at the wall for a few minutes, which was his practice when he went into deep thought. There was so much shit going on, his head was clouded, the room as filled with silence the he said, “Reports?”
“Yeah, that nigga Raul is bragging about this new bitch he has in his stable,” Wise revealed.
Kayson nodded. Then Baseem chimed in, “Yeah, I’m a little worried about baby sis. I hope she can pull this shit off. I was following them the other night and that nigga had his hands all over her. I wanted to kill that nigga on the spot.”
Kayson squinted and he took a deep breath before saying, “We have to maintain our control of the situation. It’s almost over. And trust me, KoKo got it.”
Everyone was looking at him trying to figure out how he was really feeling. He was so good at hiding his emotions, but one thing was for sure, he didn’t like what he heard about that nigga’s hands being all over KoKo. For a minute, they sat in silence then Aldeen said, “On a brighter note, Dominique came by the spot and dropped off the paperwork you were waiting for. She said to ask you to come by when you get a chance. She got ready to ask me something else but I had a call, so she just waved at me and left out.”
“Yeah, she been trying to get at me, but I don’t have time for her bullshit right now,” Kayson quickly said.
Aldeen heard what he said, but knowing his boy, he could see for the first time that nigga was falling in love, and the woman he was falling in love with was KoKo. Aldeen smiled. Kayson turned sideways in his chair, folded his hands, and gave them their orders. They all agreed about the next step of the mission then Kayson dismissed them.
“A’ight, is that all?” Kayson asked.
“Yeah, for now. I’m getting ready to go check on them uptown niggas.”
They all stood to shake hands and the three men left out. Kayson sat back down and went over in his mind what was at hand, and the danger KoKo would be in if she was not careful. Plus, he had begun to catch a feeling or two for her; he knew it would fuck with him if he let something happen to her. Protecting the woman he cared about had become a full-time job—part of the reason he was on Raul’s ass like he was. His mother was the fuel that ran his engine.
Kayson’s mind went back to that night when he was nine years old and waiting for his mother, Monique to come home from work.
She worked at a big accounting firm in the daytime and would come home and cook and then help him with his homework. Later, she’d work at the Jazz Café down the street for a few hours. Her best friend, Belinda would check on Kayson every hour until she got in. They had a special thing they would do when she came in. Monique would take a break around ten o’clock and come and tuck him in. Kayson would sometimes hide in his closet and she would pretend to look for him. She’d find him, tickle him, then put him to bed, but not before quickly reading him a story. Once he fell asleep, she would go back to work until 2 a.m.
This particular night when she came in, Kayson heard a male voice echoing behind his mother as she walked in. So instead of hiding in his room, he hid in her closet. He would come to find out this was a bad idea. The conversation still haunted him to this day.
Edwin had walked her to the house since it was late. Monique reached into her bag, pulled out her key, and stuck it in the door. She turned to tell him thanks and good night, but he started talking before she could get a chance.
“Look Monique, I’m not trying to take no for an answer,” the male voice said with anger and hostility while forcing his way into the house.
“Look, I like you. You’re cool people, but I’m not trying to get in a relationship the way you want one.”
“I’m not asking for a relationship. I want to be able to get some of that ass once or twice a week on schedule.”
“You must be crazy. I think you need to go. You’re drunk and talking shit. The kind of shit I’m not trying to hear. My son is here and I have to go back to work.”
“Bitch, you done got my dick hard and you ain’t going nowhere until you make it go down.” He grabbed her by her hands and pulled her to him, kissing and licking all over her face.
“Stop Edwin, you’re hurting me.”
“Stop being a fucking tease,” he snarled.
“Please stop, my son is awake. Don’t do this.”
“Bitch, we are way past conversation.” He ripped her shirt off and put his hand to her throat. With his free hand he went under her skirt and tore her panties.
“No, Edwin, please!” She tried to fight him off, but his 6’1”; 175-pound frame overpowered her 5’5”, 125-pound body. “I want you, and you’re going to give yourself to me willing or unwillingly.” His alcohol breath along with the smell of his sweat mixed with cologne was causing vomit to come up in her throat. He slammed her on the bed and held her down. All she could think was, my son is somewhere in the house. Is he is awake? Knowing Edwin was nothing to be played with, and her main concern was protecting her son and not wanting him to find her dead, she tried not to fight him. Plus, she figured since he was drunk, and if she just co-operated he might cum quick and leave.
Edwin opened his pants and released himself. He found his way to her opening and forced himself deep inside her. Pumping and moaning, he held her down on the bed. “Damn baby . . . mmmmmm . . . this is all I wanted . . . You were worth the chase.”
She turned her head; tears flowed down the side of her face. Monique just lay there praying that it would soon be over. She wanted to throw up; his grunts and liquor-filled breath mixed with the very idea that he was enjoying himself was killing her soul.
“Edwin, please stop!” she pleaded and began to cry harder, which only turned him on. He put her leg on his shoulder and went in deeper, sucking on her neck and calling her name.
“Mo . . . ssssss . . . Damn girl, you must like to make a nigga take it because it’s wet and good as hell,” he managed to say nearly out of breath.
“Edwin, stoooop . . .” She was now trying to release her leg, but her movements were futile; he was strong and forceful. Then she thought, I need to make this muthafucka cum so he can get off me. She squeezed her pussy muscles tight with his every push.
“Oh shit . . . that’s what I’m talking about.”
Within seconds he was ready to release. He came long and hard, pushing himself into her as far as he could go, as if he were trying to make a baby. I can’t believe this bastard. Thank God my tubes are tied. Once he was done, he had the nerve to kiss her on the face. Then run his long tongue down her neck.
“Okay, you got what you wanted, please leave.”
Edwin pulled out of her, pulled up his pants, staggering backwards. “This is our little secret. If you tell anyone, you and that boy will be dead.”
He left out the same way he came in.
Kayson was crouched down in the closet feeling helpless and scared. Full of anger and hate, he watched his mom lay there and cry in a ball of shame and disgrace. He vowed that Edwin would suffer a pain that no one would be able to heal and Kayson was going to be the
one to give it him.
His mother quit that job, moved out within two weeks, and never said anything to him. No explanations, nothing. But he knew that after that night, she was a different person and he was too. Kayson didn’t see Edwin again until he was seventeen. He had been waiting to get his revenge and Raul was going to be his vehicle.
Chapter 17
The Party
Friday night. Kayson’s annual party was jumping. Everyone was dressed in all white and looking good. It was definitely a ballers affair. Everyone was there except KoKo and Kayson, but that was all about to change. They arrived a little before eleven in separate vehicles.
